Privacy Notice
We built this game to be fun, not to collect data. Here's exactly what happens, in plain words. This notice is made under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).
Who we are
Soup Fun Times — the developer of this game — is the data controller. You can reach us any time through the Contact form (also linked at the bottom of the game).
What we store — only if you join the rankings
- Nickname you type (please don't use your full real name).
- Country you pick.
- Best score for each game, and when you set it.
- A random player code your browser makes up, so your best score stays yours. It is not linked to your device, phone number or identity.
Your nickname, flag and score are public on the rankings. Total taps per country are shown as a country total.
What we never collect
- No IP addresses stored. No device model, browser or operating-system details. No device fingerprinting.
- No cookies, no advertising trackers, no third-party analytics.
- No email, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location.
To pre-select your country, our hosting provider tells the game which country your connection comes from. We use it once to fill in the box and do not store it.
We also keep anonymous daily totals — for example "rounds played today" or "score cards shared today". These are just counters with no player code, nickname or device information, so they can't identify anyone.
Play without rankings
Choose "Play without rankings" on the start screen and nothing about you is sent to us. Your scores stay only on your device.
Why we use it (legal basis)
We show your nickname, country and score on the public rankings because you agree to it (consent) by ticking the box before you join. You can take that back at any time.
Saved on your device
The game saves a few settings in your browser's local storage so it remembers you: your nickname, country, player code(s), personal bests, sound on/off and whether you joined the rankings. This stays on your device. You can clear it in your browser settings, or with the delete button below.
Where it's kept and for how long

Data is stored with our cloud hosting provider (database in the Asia-Pacific region). The provider runs a global network, so data may be processed outside Thailand under its data-protection safeguards.
Your rights
- Withdraw consent / leave the rankings: tap your name on the scoreboard → untick "Show me on the public world rankings".
- Delete: tap your name → "Delete my scores from the rankings". This removes every score this device submitted, right away.
- See or correct your data: your nickname, flag and best scores are shown in the game and on the rankings; tap your name to change them.
- Anything else (access, objection, questions): use the Contact form. We reply within 30 days.
- You can also complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).
Children
If you're under 20, please ask a parent or guardian before joining the rankings. Children under 10 should play without rankings unless a parent or guardian has agreed.
Nicknames
Nicknames that look offensive are automatically shown as "PLAYER". We may remove names that break the law or target someone.
Changes
If we change how the game uses data, we'll update this page and the date above. If the change needs new consent, the game will ask you again.

ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บ — เฉพาะเมื่อคุณเข้าร่วมอันดับ
- ชื่อเล่น ที่คุณพิมพ์ (กรุณาอย่าใช้ชื่อ-นามสกุลจริง)
- ประเทศ ที่คุณเลือก
- คะแนนสูงสุด ของแต่ละเกม และเวลาที่ทำได้
- รหัสผู้เล่นแบบสุ่ม ที่เบราว์เซอร์ของคุณสร้างขึ้นเอง เพื่อให้คะแนนสูงสุดเป็นของคุณ รหัสนี้ไม่เชื่อมโยงกับอุปกรณ์ เบอร์โทรศัพท์ หรือตัวตนของคุณ
ชื่อเล่น ธงชาติ และคะแนนของคุณจะแสดงต่อสาธารณะบนตารางอันดับ จำนวนการแตะรวมของแต่ละประเทศจะแสดงเป็นยอดรวมของประเทศ
ข้อมูลที่เราไม่เก็บเด็ดขาด
- ไม่เก็บหมายเลข IP ไม่เก็บรุ่นอุปกรณ์ เบราว์เซอร์ หรือระบบปฏิบัติการ ไม่มีการระบุตัวตนจากลักษณะอุปกรณ์ (fingerprinting)
- ไม่ใช้คุกกี้ ไม่มีตัวติดตามโฆษณา ไม่มีระบบวิเคราะห์ของบุคคลที่สาม
- ไม่เก็บอีเมล เบอร์โทรศัพท์ รายชื่อผู้ติดต่อ รูปภาพ หรือตำแหน่งที่ตั้งแบบละเอียด
เพื่อเลือกประเทศให้อัตโนมัติ ผู้ให้บริการโฮสต์ของเราจะบอกเกมว่าการเชื่อมต่อของคุณมาจากประเทศใด เราใช้ข้อมูลนี้ครั้งเดียวเพื่อเติมช่องประเทศ และไม่ได้จัดเก็บไว้
เรายังเก็บยอดรวมรายวันแบบไม่ระบุตัวตน เช่น "จำนวนรอบที่เล่นวันนี้" หรือ "จำนวนการแชร์การ์ดคะแนนวันนี้" ซึ่งเป็นเพียงตัวนับ ไม่มีรหัสผู้เล่น ชื่อเล่น หรือข้อมูลอุปกรณ์ จึงไม่สามารถระบุตัวบุคคลได้
เล่นโดยไม่เข้าร่วมอันดับ
เลือก "Play without rankings" ที่หน้าเริ่มเกม แล้วจะไม่มีข้อมูลใดเกี่ยวกับคุณถูกส่งมาที่เรา คะแนนจะอยู่บนอุปกรณ์ของคุณเท่านั้น
ฐานทางกฎหมาย
เราแสดงชื่อเล่น ประเทศ และคะแนนของคุณบนตารางอันดับสาธารณะโดยอาศัยความยินยอมของคุณ ซึ่งคุณให้โดยการติ๊กช่องก่อนเข้าร่วม และคุณสามารถถอนความยินยอมได้ทุกเมื่อ
ข้อมูลที่บันทึกไว้บนอุปกรณ์ของคุณ
เกมจะบันทึกการตั้งค่าบางอย่างไว้ใน local storage ของเบราว์เซอร์เพื่อจดจำคุณ ได้แก่ ชื่อเล่น ประเทศ รหัสผู้เล่น คะแนนสูงสุดส่วนตัว การเปิด/ปิดเสียง และสถานะการเข้าร่วมอันดับ ข้อมูลเหล่านี้อยู่บนอุปกรณ์ของคุณเท่านั้น คุณสามารถล้างได้ในการตั้งค่าเบราว์เซอร์ หรือใช้ปุ่มลบด้านล่าง

ข้อมูลจัดเก็บกับผู้ให้บริการคลาวด์ของเรา (ฐานข้อมูลในภูมิภาคเอเชียแปซิฟิก) ผู้ให้บริการมีเครือข่ายทั่วโลก ข้อมูลจึงอาจถูกประมวลผลนอกประเทศไทยภายใต้มาตรการคุ้มครองข้อมูลของผู้ให้บริการ
สิทธิของคุณ
- ถอนความยินยอม / ออกจากตารางอันดับ: แตะชื่อของคุณบนสกอร์บอร์ด → เอาเครื่องหมายออกจาก "Show me on the public world rankings"
- ลบข้อมูล: แตะชื่อของคุณ → "Delete my scores from the rankings" ระบบจะลบคะแนนทั้งหมดที่ส่งจากอุปกรณ์นี้ทันที
- ดูหรือแก้ไขข้อมูล: ชื่อเล่น ธงชาติ และคะแนนสูงสุดของคุณแสดงอยู่ในเกมและตารางอันดับ แตะชื่อของคุณเพื่อแก้ไข
- เรื่องอื่น ๆ (ขอเข้าถึง คัดค้าน หรือสอบถาม): ใช้แบบฟอร์มติดต่อ เราจะตอบกลับภายใน 30 วัน
- คุณสามารถร้องเรียนต่อสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (สคส. / PDPC) ได้
ผู้เยาว์
หากคุณอายุต่ำกว่า 20 ปี กรุณาขออนุญาตผู้ปกครองก่อนเข้าร่วมตารางอันดับ เด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 10 ปีควรเล่นแบบไม่เข้าร่วมอันดับ เว้นแต่ผู้ปกครองให้ความยินยอมแล้ว
ชื่อเล่น
ชื่อเล่นที่มีคำไม่เหมาะสมจะแสดงเป็น "PLAYER" โดยอัตโนมัติ และเราอาจลบชื่อที่ผิดกฎหมายหรือมุ่งร้ายต่อผู้อื่น
การเปลี่ยนแปลง
หากเราเปลี่ยนวิธีการใช้ข้อมูลในเกม เราจะปรับปรุงหน้านี้และวันที่ด้านบน หากการเปลี่ยนแปลงต้องขอความยินยอมใหม่ เกมจะถามคุณอีกครั้ง
